Portrait of Mac, Nashville videographer, photographer, and barber

A Nashville creative who refuses to pick one lane.

I've been working with my hands since I was a kid. Cameras, clippers, pens — it's all the same instinct: pay attention, do the work, sign your name to it.

For over a decade I've split my time between two careers most people would treat as separate. I shoot music videos, brand campaigns, and portraits across Nashville. I cut hair by appointment and teach the next class of barbers at Legacy Master Barber Academy. And I write — most recently a book about doing all of it without losing the thread.

Through-line: I don't ship work I wouldn't put in my own portfolio. That goes for a hero shot, a fade, or a paragraph.

"Style isn't just what you wear or how you look. It's how you express your internal narrative to the external world."
